How do I return an item?

At Lymeez we believe in the quality of our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your Lymeez tick gear. We gladly accept exchanges or returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

To return or exchange merchandise please follow the instructions given below:

For Returns

Send your  Lymeez tick gear back to us via regular mail to the address listed below with your original packing slip within 30 days.  Please let us know how to contact you via email if we have any questions about the order. Please allow 1 billing cycle from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

For Exchanges

Send your  Lymeez tick gear back to us via regular mail to the address listed below with your packing slip within 30 days. We will process your return and get your new gear out to you right away. We will contact you if there are any additional related charges to the new items ordered.
